Meet our next McDonald’s Spotlight Madyson Powell, celebrating ONE year with us on April 24th!

Madyson is what we like to call our wildcard in the best way. Whether it’s taking orders, prepping food, serving guests, or jumping in to clean, she’s always ready to do it all and do it well. She’s also almost finished training as a Crew Trainer, and one of her favorite things is helping others “get it” and watching their confidence shine.

Fun fact: Madyson originally joined the team because she likes to eat And honestly, same. Her McDonald’s order has evolved from a Big Mac, to a McChicken, to a Hot & Spicy and now she’s landed on her current go-to, a Bacon Quarter Pounder with lettuce, cheese, and Big Mac Sauce. (MM MM GOOD ) When it comes to fries? Tangy BBQ sauce to dip is the ONLY answer.

Originally from Stephenville, Madyson moved to Amarillo and graduated from Boys Ranch. When she’s not at work, you can find her professionally sleeping or dominating on the Wii She’s also a proud pet parent to two orange cats, Trip and Fall (yes…they share one brain cell ), and Maverick the dog, who helps keep things balanced.

Night shift is where Madyson thrives. She loves being part of a fun, competitive crew that’s always pushing to stay in the top 3 Amarillo locations for drive-thru times. The team is tight-knit, supportive, and full of energy, with managers they fondly call their “Shift Dads,” who are always there when it matters most

Looking ahead, Madyson has big goals, whether it’s earning a degree in Landscape Design or getting her CDL, we know she's going to succeed!​
