Andres has been part of our McDonald's family for seven months, and this is his very first job! In that short time, he's already become a Crew Trainer because he enjoys helping others learn, grow, and become their best.

One of his favorite parts of the job is getting to talk with his coworkers and customers every day. When it's time for a meal, you can usually find him enjoying a McChicken with fries. He says fries are perfect on their own...but every now and then, he'll dip them in BBQ sauce. 

Andres is a senior at Randall High School, and when he's not at work, you'll probably find him playing video games, working on cars, or cruising around in his Volkswagen Vanagon. Having spent much of his life working on vehicles, he's set his sights even higher with a goal of becoming an airplane mechanic one day. We know he's going to soar!
